PingMart Referral Program Terms

1. Programs covered

These terms apply to (a) the Vendor Referral Program (5% commission on the first paid subscription and 5% on the first renewal) and (b) the Founding Specialist Program (15% commission on the first paid subscription and 10% on the first renewal). Founder Direct attributions do not generate commissions.

2. Attribution

Attribution is captured at signup via the ref (specialist) or vendor_ref (vendor) URL parameter, or via manual code entry. Attribution is permanent and cannot be transferred or reassigned. A single vendor may carry both a specialist and a vendor referrer independently.

3. Commission events

Commissions are accrued when the referred vendor completes their 1st and 2nd paid billing cycles (renewal_count = 1 and 2) after the 30-Day Free Pro Trial. Only successfully captured Paystack payments count. Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations reverse the corresponding commission.

4. Payouts

Minimum payout: ₦5,000. Payouts are processed monthly to the Nigerian bank account provided in your Refer & Earn tab. Incorrect bank details are the referrer's responsibility.

5. Fraud & abuse

Self-referral, fake vendors, coordinated ring signups, and any manipulation of the attribution system will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and permanent suspension from all PingMart referral programs. PingMart's fraud detection decisions are final.

6. Tax

Commissions are gross of tax. Referrers are responsible for their own tax obligations under Nigerian law.

7. Changes

PingMart may modify commission rates, cycles, or eligibility with 30 days' notice. Already-accrued commissions are not affected retroactively.
